Refund policy
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE (VOLERA PRODUCT)
Volera offers a limited performance guarantee based on the intended benefits of its products when used as directed. To protect the integrity of this guarantee and prevent misuse, customers must meet all of the requirements below to be considered for eligibility.
Proof of Consistent Use Required
To qualify for consideration under our performance guarantee, customers must provide all of the following documentation:
Photo evidence of consistent use
Timestamped photos of the product at:
- Day 0 (first day of use)
- Day 15
- Day 30
- Day 45
- Day 60
These photos must clearly show the Volera product container to confirm continued possession and use.
Self-reported progress logs
Timestamped written reflections at:
- Day 15
- Day 30
- Day 45
- Day 60
Each entry must include at least 2–3 full sentences describing any changes, improvements, or lack of improvement.
Additional supporting evidence (if applicable)
This may include photos, short video logs, or other reasonable documentation demonstrating progress or lack of results.
Eligibility Determination
If all required documentation is submitted and reviewed, and the customer did not experience the advertised benefits despite proper use, Volera may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund in accordance with this policy.
Failure to provide complete and accurate documentation will result in automatic denial of the claim.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & EBOOKS
All digital products purchased from Volera, including eBooks, guides, or protocols, are non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, including promotional purchases.
Free eBooks Included With Promotions
For promotions that include a free eBook (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
- The free digital product is non-refundable
- If the qualifying physical product order is canceled or returned, the customer:
- Will not receive a refund for the free eBook, and
- The retail value of the free digital product will be deducted from any approved refund, or charged separately if necessary
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or fulfilled.
RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
How Do I Request a Return?
To request a return, you must contact us at:
Explain your situation. All return requests are reviewed individually.
Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product:
- Arrived damaged or defective
- Was incorrect or not what was ordered
- Has a verified factory defect
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact support@getvolera.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
We will investigate and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED / DELIVERY ISSUES
Reporting Non-Delivery
If you believe your order was not delivered due to an issue such as:
- Incorrect address
- Missed delivery
- Carrier error
You must notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at:
Failure to report within this timeframe releases Volera from responsibility, and the order will be marked as fulfilled.
Resolution Process
We will investigate the issue and may:
- Reship the order, or
- Provide instructions to recover the package
NO REFUNDS ON CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS
Volera products are considered consumable or personal-use items.
As such, refunds are not issued once the product has been used, except where required by applicable law or explicitly covered under the performance guarantee with full documentation.
SHIPPING & ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
Processing Fee
- A $5 processing fee per item will be deducted from approved refunds
- For returns of 2 or more items, the fee is reduced to $4 per item
Items Marked as Delivered
If a carrier marks an item as delivered, you must:
- Check your property thoroughly
- Check with neighbors or building management
If unresolved, contact us for assistance.
Volera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Volera is not liable for:
- Theft or loss after delivery
- Customer error in providing shipping information
- Delays or issues caused by the carrier once the package is in transit
POLICY CHANGES
Volera reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
All changes are effective immediately upon posting.
